Support hours
The desk is staffed Monday 00:00 UTC to Friday 24:00 UTC. That is five days a week, not seven, so a message sent at the weekend waits until Monday. Nothing is lost in the meantime; it is read when the desk reopens. Please tell us which page you were on and what you expected to happen.
What to put in your message
A good message names the page, the device and the browser you used, and what you expected to happen. Please leave out passwords, card numbers and identity documents, because we never need them by email. If the matter is urgent, such as a fake advert using our name, say so in the subject line. We read messages in the order they arrive.
Before you write
We cannot give investment, tax or legal advice, and we cannot see any broker account. For questions about a balance, a trade or a withdrawal, contact the executing broker. You can also read the registration page or the platform review first, because many answers are there.
Complaints
Write to the complaints address with your name, the email address you used and what happened. We acknowledge formally within 48 business hours. Complaints about trading, money or accounts may also need to go to the broker, which has its own route and, where one applies, an ombudsman or dispute scheme.
How to report a fake website or fraud
Send the address, a screenshot if you can, and how you found it to [email protected]. Our only official domains are sensorkantrexlab.io and app.sensorkantrexlab.io. Anything else, on any extension, is not us. Also report it to your national regulator or fraud-reporting service, and never pay anyone who contacts you out of the blue.
